She didn’t expect it at all. She dreamed of it. She hoped for it. But did not expect it at all.
But it happened. And she’s drifting in her own emotions and in her thoughts.
It’s because she can’t believe it…especially with how it happened.
But she’s grateful. She’s amazed at God’s works. She may be questioning them, but that’s human, and she’s learning to embrace them.
And I told her. I told her that you gotta stay patient. Keep doing what you’re doing. Because she just kept what she was doing all this while and look what happened. She was patient. She was not expecting anything. She just went with the flow. The only thing that’s changed is that she can’t hide anymore. Now that it’s happened, she can’t bury her feelings. She has to let her heart express and her mind be prepared. And enough with thinking for others; think of her own happiness, her family’s and the people who matter. Because at the end of the day, this is her life. She’s living it the way she sees it. No one sees other people’s lives as the same as the own person.
She’s going to keep trying. Though it seems surreal, she’s going to keep trying. To be good to herself, to the people who loves her, to the people who matter. She needs reminding that there are no shortcuts in life. And the path that she takes…she has to be patient.
She’s so in love. She almost forgot what it felt like. No, she didn’t forget how to love. She forgot the feeling of being loved in return. And people say that that is one awesome feeling to have. I couldn’t agree more.
Well, that is that.
Firm, disciplined and wise, my lovelies.
